MSKTC User Needs Survey
We are seeking your input about your information needs on spinal cord injury (SCI), traumatic brain injury (TBI), or burn injury (Burn) to help us improve the work of the Model Systems Knowledge Translation Center (MSKTC) and SCI, TBI, and Burn Model Systems. The MSKTC and Model Systems are funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research. The survey should take you approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Participation in this survey is voluntary and you may stop at any time. All individual responses will be kept confidential. Your name will not be used in any summary reports that result from this survey and no comments will be linked to you. There are no risks to your participation.
